Description

Apparently this light is set up to go red on a timed interval - even if there is ZERO cross traffic waiting. This is NUTS! How about putting a sensor on the Frederick Road facing lights, so that the few cars that come from those side streets will trip the sensor and change the light. That light really creates a lot of problems with people having to stop fast for no reason. Quite frustrating!
