The people in the lane NEVER allow for the people coming off 10 to turn , either to make a left back on 10W or to go straight across 10. There is not a separate turning lane for the people who need to head back on 10W on the exit ramp. There should be 3 exit lanes - 1 for making hard left or u-turn, 1 for getting in lane to go straight across 10 and 1 for making right turn. And the light should be longer in the afternoon to allow more cars through! I hate that I have to leave the Business Park near Canfield Ave. and it takes me 10-20 minutes to make a circle to Canfield Ave. light! STUPID!!!!!
