Q. Is the traffic signal flashing, stuck on a color, or black/off?
A. The traffic signal at this intersection no longer changes when there is no traffic on Main Street and you come down Goddard Memorial Drive turning onto Main Street. Early in the morning (before 6 a.m.) you sit there for what seems forever waiting for light to change.
