I’ve seen children coming out of houses on Essex. Maybe she just means because their poorer kids safety is less of an issue? They’re more street savvy and can handle looking both ways?

This has been addressed at the Traffic Study Committee meeting and the process will be starting with a speedboard to monitor speed flow & this will be revisited for potential solutions.
