We live across the street from Newfield park for 15+ years. We go through the same problem the guy from the city refuse to clean our side. The curve in front of our always has tones of garbage because people refuse to use the garbage can. Good luck getting what you are asking for because they really don't care. When I called whomever I spoke with said to me it's not the city problem to clean our curve.
