Description

At Tehachapi Park, there are bees swarming and flying out of this covered item in the ground. I was walking my toddler grandson to the park and saw it, hoping he wouldn't get stung and have an allergic reaction.. Several other children were also present playing in the park and on the nearby equipment. Please help.
