Maybe take a picture of it? It will help for neighbors to see which car it is and maybe report it as well.

Abandoned vehicles my area (Circle City), whether stolen or neglected, has been an issue that I've been dealing with for several years. I would like my neighbors to be more involved with this. It's not attractive and lowers the value of well kept homes. Usually, Corona PD begins their process within 24 hours after I report it by marking the wheels. I typically make a phone call. They are very polite and responsive. When using ClickFix, response is slower. I think it's best to post a picture of the vehicle and its surroundings.

I called and gave the police a report. Someone else has also called to complain. It is a grey Mercury Montego.

A mobile home trailer was just parked across from the Bank of America on Ramona and Sixth Street just yesterday. Looked like it was abandoned but saw the window open and a cord coming out of the window tonight. A lot more homeless people in that parking lot at the back of the laundromat -- which is right next to the trailer.

Thank you for your response. I read the article attached to the link you provided. It mentioned community care function (CCF) and Assembly Bill 2876. Is violation of 22651 CVC (parked over 72 hours, expired registration over six months, fire hydrant obstruction, etc.) and 22669 CVC (abandoned vehicle, missing parts making it unsafe to drive or inoperable, etc.) considered a CCF?

Reference the question about a community care taking function (CCF), a violation of law alone does not authorize the removal of a vehicle. A CCF must also be present. Such as a vehicle that significantly obstructs the flow of traffic or a safety hazard like a vehicle left up on jacks. The trailer was gone by May 16, I believe, and hasn't returned.
