Thank you for utilizing See Click Fix to inform us about this abandoned or illegally parked vehicle. Please provide a vehicle description (color, make/model and a license plate), so we can assign this issue to an officer to address.
Also, please be advised, a California law was changed in 2019 and created an additional rule for police to remove vehicles, Assembly Bill 2876. This Bill does not allow for the towing/removal of vehicles off public city streets without a Community Care Taking need present. Please view our website at: https://www.coronaca.gov/government/departments/police-department/traffic, for more information about Community Care Taking and Parking and Towing Q&A’s. If you would like to speak with someone directly, please call the Police Traffic Bureau, Monday thru Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm at 951-736-2330 option 2. Thank you for helping to keep our streets safe.

Thank you for your response. I read the article attached to the link you provided. It mentioned community care function (CCF) and Assembly Bill 2876. Is violation of 22651 CVC (parked over 72 hours, expired registration over six months, fire hydrant obstruction, etc.) and 22669 CVC (abandoned vehicle, missing parts making it unsafe to drive or inoperable, etc.) considered a CCF?

Below is an older post I think I accidentally put as a comment on someone else's post. Update: saw lights on in trailer on May 15 so people are living in it.

A mobile home trailer was just parked across from the Bank of America on Ramona and Sixth Street just yesterday. Looked like it was abandoned but saw the window open and a cord coming out of the window tonight. A lot more homeless people in that parking lot at the back of the laundromat -- which is right next to the trailer.
