Trash has not been removed. I can see it from where I'm sitting and it currently looks exactly as it does in the photo from the original post. Trash piled up behind the fence that blows around the neighborhood and attracts rats and bins that haven't been emptied.

Please come take care of this large pile of trash. It's attracting large rats that have been fighting loudly every night. One became aggressive towards my dog this evening as we walked nearby. It never should have been left behind by the tenant, but it definitely should not take more than two weeks for the city to take care of. Not only is it an eyesore and disgusting, but it's a health hazard.
