The grass needs to be replaced around the fire hydrant or some seeds planted.

If they put the seed down they need to cover it with straw. The gravel, rocks, and sand need to be removed from around the fire hydrant.

The sidewalk was taken out and there is a large hole there and someone's foot could get caught in there.
