This property is doing outside construction again without a permit. This time it's a deck attached to the house. One night they worked up until 9:45pm; the two days prior they were hand-mixing the cement, and put 3 layers of concrete block filled in with dirt and a thin layer of cement over that. We don't know if they are doing it correctly because they shoved in the beam brackets while the cement was still wet. We understand that a permit is needed for installation and repairs.
