Description

The left turn signal doesn't stay green long enough, the backup is very lengthy, the half mile on Jefferson up to Paseo took about 30 minutes at 5 pm yesterday. Since traffic eased as soon as Paseo was entered, it is clear that the light for Paseo is too long relative to the turn from Jefferson onto Paseo, which is too short.
