Description

Just to the east of Rocky River Drive on Cleveland Parkway is a terrible section of road extending all the way to the park. It is especially bad immediately next to Rocky River drive. Drivers slow from 40mph to 5mph to before making the turn so they can navigate around the worst of the holes. This is causing an unsafe condition for drives and excessive damage to cars.
