Description
This property has been blighted for some time. If the current owner doesn't have the ability or experience to start, let alone finish the project the city should force him to sell with daily blight fines. Enough is enough already.
in addition the lropertyis unsafe with pieces of missing Fencing. Can something please be done?

X 12 yea0rs it has been vacant =$2,073,600. Please stop calling yourself a developer when you can't finish a simple project in 12 years. Stop embarrassing yourself and sell to someone who knows what they are doing. The city should stop embarrassing itself and pull his permits. He obviously has no clue, funding or expertise to get it done.

Good Morning All,
This property is being taken care of under the city's anti blight orders. Unfortunately the process takes time and the timing is out of the city's control. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention but please allow us to follow our process with this property and property owner.
This issue has been resolved.
