Description
The entire span of Dupont between at least 40th and 46th has had *no* light for *weeks*! What is happening? We have come across people unable to see and tripping over poor condition sidewalks on the street, and also have experienced unnecessary fear due to the immensely reduced safety in the city in general Can't you at least keep the lights on on a nice parkway, for minimal safety for those who live on, and use this street??
