Description

Looks like the City (or their contractor) did some maintenance or repairs to this water meter, and LEFT ALL THEIR TRASH LAYING ON THE GROUND. Are you kidding me? So now we have the City littering the neighborhood?! Come on CoH... This is unacceptable. Get your man or woman back out here to clean up their mess, then reasign them to a litter cleanup crew for a while.
