Description
The out of control graffiti / tagging of every surface in Burlington seems to be as much of a cultural epidemic as anything else. Seems every white teenager from the suburbs has a can of spray paint or paint marker in their backpack looking to vandalize anything and everything. Focusing only on cleaning up after the fact doesn't seem to be reducing the problem..
