Street light flashes on for a few minutes and then off for a few minutes. Most of the numbers identifying the pole are missing, but from what I could make out it is pole #39??.

I Am responding to issue 9929 Light Cycling in front of 78 Lawrence Street. I went out there and got the pole # that matches my data. The pole # is 4397 (4 & 7 are missing).
