I live across the street from 2419 Cass ST., I can attest that it is indeed an short term rental and no less that eight groups of people have been there since the beginning of the year. Some have been quiet and respectful to the neighborhood, some not so much. The ones there now fall into the not so much category.

New group of renters @ 2419 Cass ST came in today, South Carolina tags on a white Infiniti. The man was cleaning out the trash from the front passenger side of the car and started across the street with the trash like he was going to throw it in our yard. I saw him and went out the front door. He turned and went back to the rental. This is absolutely not okay, and the people are getting more shady all the time.
