The photo is older and does not show current condition, just location. We cleared the top of debris then removed the cover and began digging out the dirt but after getting down about a foot we figured it was best left for the city to clear. The grate is back on and free of debris currently but there is soil clogging the drain still.

Not too long after we reached out; the alley on the south side of Sycamore was serviced. Perhaps there was some confusion? This clog is in the alley is on the north side of Sycamore; behind the big pink house.
