Description

There is a serious lack of visability of the pedestrian crosswalk lights at the intersection of Boden Lane and Hartford Street. Overgrown trees/branches block the flashing lights on both sides of the street and a broken telephone pole that has been there for years needs is blocking the light on the Boden Lane side as well. The crosswalk also needs to be painted. There is a bend in the road right near this intersection and people fly through this area. 9 cars failed to stop while I was waiting to cross yesterday, even though the lights were flashing. This is a very heavily used crosswalk in need of serious attention to improve its safety. Thank you
