when will Raleigh deal with these gangs ?
I was walking down E Lenoir Street and these "Gang Bangers"
were harassing non gang members and white people.
Yelled at me "Are you [expelitive deleted] Lost ?"
Ie they do not want white people in their neighborhood
so they can sell their drugs.

this also is a problem in the 200 & 300 blocks of East Lenoir Street.

I cant walk anywhere on East Lenoir Street between
Rock Quarry Road and South Wilmington Street
without being harassed for being yelled at for
being a interloper in their neighborhood.
Someone (non gang member blacks & whites)
WILL GET HURT if RPD DOES NOT
INCREASE their coverage of East Lenoir Street
