Description

How is it possible that these machines and the people that own them are permitted to make so much noise?? Is it legal? How are these machines able to pass state inspection without mufflers? I know that my car won't pass inspection with a hole in the muffler so how do they do it? This is becoming a quality of life issue and I want it fixed. Does anyone else feell the same way?
