This highly visible objectionable graffiti is still in place as of today, Jan 11, 2010. Apparently, S.R. has abandoned graffiti abatement. This tagger is everywhere, with new Doner tags in the North Lincoln Ave. area, and downtown San Rafael. The stair well on the North side of this Linden Ln underpass is full of new graffiti. The City Mgr. said SRPW goal was removal in 48 hours. Some promise!
