Description

Driveway/garage blocked, again. I believe this is about the 20th time I have filed the same request on the same vehicle. Please either ticket/tow the vehicle or explain to me what is "not enforceable" about parking in front of someone's garage when this vehicle has been ticketed before. Your help is appreciated.
