I believe the address you are refering to is 205 29th St. SW. Notice was posted on front door, photo taken of posting, mailed by by regular delievery and Certified Mail, return receipt requested on May 5, 2021 all of this is required for evidence of service if we have to take the owner to court. I spoke to the occupants on the 25th and told them I will have our Attorney file charges againist her for creating and maintaining a nuisance if the yard is not cleaned up. We shall see if she heeds my warning. Jim Sberal

As we speak the property is being cleaned up and a violations are being addressed. There will no more vehicles in the yard, no clutter in or around the yard, and steps are being implemented to ensure that no further action against the property owner is necessary.

Actually both 206 and 205 29th st sw are hazardous. 205 is at least making headway on her backyard issue. 206 has a van with a window shot out of it sitting in the yard. Trash up by the garage area. Property seems to be abandoned at the moment. Legal issues.
