Hedges are never cut. Not only blocks view at corner, but sometimes sticks out so far it hits the sides of your vehicle.

bushes have not been cut and the problem is getting worse

This is a problem every year. The growth sticks out into the road and scratches the side of your car and very hard to see cars coming on Hampden st. Very dangerous

Yes, they scrape the side of your car as you try to go between the hedges and the cars parked.
