Description
The intersection of Encinal and Fernside needs a roundabout. The intersection is like a raceway at times and bumper to bumper traffic at others. People speed up to make the light which is right next to a school and some drivers pass on the right when traffic is slow or even go through the red light. This is the fastest part of Fernside which is right next to a school. A roundabout would drastically reduce the speed in this area while also easing traffic congestion and improving safety for people walking and riding.
