The yard of 1308 has a lot of trash (trash bags, food items, etc.), which is not only not aesthetic, but also attracts raccoons and other critters. With the recent outbreak of Parvo in the area, many neighbors are concerned about the unsanitary conditions in this yard. There were problems with trash accumulation at this address before, since they don't seem to have trash pick-up set up and simply store their trash bags outside the residence. There were also 2 puppies there until a week or so ago, so there is a concerns that they may have been the 2 puppies that died of Parvo according to the Humane Society. We kindly ask that the city intervene here. Many neighbors keep their yards very clean and work hard to make the neighborhood look nice. You will understand our frustration with the tenants there, as they fail to clean up after themselves time and again. We appreciate your help with this matter.
