Description

This sidewalk is in front of an accessible parking space and there is a 5" separation between the curb and the top of sidewalk. The steep condition continues in the west direction. So even pulling the car forward would pose a difficult condition. An elderly woman who was getting into the car fell between the sidewalk and the car. My friend and I had to help her up from a difficult spot.
