Disabled vehicle parked in road in front of home at 4818 Lowcroft Ave. The Vehicle has been parked there since August 2017 and has not moved. It has a flat tire and a tow strap under the front of the vehicle. Multiple attempts from neighbors on this street have been made to report this to LPD. Vehicle has not been tagged nor has it been removed. With winter coming maintenance vehicles will be going around it and this vehicle is about 3 houses from 4900 hundred block of Lowcroft which makes it a tight squeeze. This vehicle needs to be moved by the owner or removed at his expense. License plate is Michigan DNJ3482.

Red spray paint gang tagging on sidewalk directly across from 800 W. Ionia on the south side of the street. This is the second time in less than a month in the same exact location. Aside from cleaning it up suggest lpd look into whether it is a death threat. Please expedite cleanup.
