whether i am driving or bicycling, i am more often then not aggressively cut off by CT transit buses. i've called the company to complain about specific events before but it is pretty exhausting.
I think CT Transit would be willing to work with Elm City Cycling to train their drivers on how to interact with bicycle riders. This would be a good project for the education committee.
As for cutting off, bus drivers are normally trained to stay in the right-hand lane (unless they are turning left). Is there a particular street where this is happening? I can say for sure that every CT Transit bus I have seen on Elm Street has stuck to the right-hand lane (and therefore could not possibly cut off anyone).
