Parmenter Road-Street Marlborough, Massachusetts

There is some serious daily speeding occurring on Parmenter Road (just when Edmands turns into Parmenter). Especially during the early morning and afternoon commutes. I have been tailgated and illegally passed numerous times this summer. Cell reception is bad in this area too so it's difficult to call for help. It's a very tight, twisty, and windy road and there are a lot of folks walking and riding bikes through here. Cars really need to slow down.

Traffic Signal not tripped by bikes Archived

Broadmeadow At Farm Marlborough, Massachusetts

I previously reported this under issue ID: 2502970.
When waiting on Broadmeadow to turn onto Farm, bicycles are not recognized to request green - the light will only turn if a car arrives.
Since the city has looked into the issue and reported that the sensitivity has been turn up I have found that the signal still does not trip for bicycles. I have been through several times since, on a steel bike and stopping on the bicycle marking, and the light does not change for me. As I previously stated I either have to wait for a car to come and trip the green light or I must ride through the red light.

Please have this fixed.

Large rectangular deep pot hole on side of road, been there for weeks. Can it get marked till it is repaired so bike rider don't hit and it would take out a tire or rim easily on a car.

They constantly leave there trash and recycling cans on the sidewalk never bringing them up into there driveway or property. This neighborhood is full of kids trying to ride there bikes or walk and people who walk there dogs

The (paved) sidewalk is in terrible condition because someone patched it leaving several height differences. Hazardous to pedestrians and children on bikes, and no property tax payer should have to put up with this in front of their home! Please repair.

Blacktop Sidewalk at this end is very irregular and a hazard to pedestrians and bikes. I've seen several children swerving to avoid this sidewalk. Look's like it's been patched by someone who didn't know what they were doing - please have DPW look at this and/or resolve.

138 Felton St Marlborough, MA

Tree branches hanging too low and onto the road obstructing pedestrians and bikers alike. Had a freak accident there because of it with bodily injury as we were biking down there a couple of days ago. To cross this patch safely, one has to only get onto the road that’s so busy - big safety hazard!
