Thank you for your feedback. The State Revenue Office is a State entity not a City entity. In order to prevent them from shutting down their Maumelle office, the City provides a rent-free location for them in City Hall. Now that the renovation contractors are no longer using the City Council Chambers we are allowing indoor overflow in that area as well as the lobby of our building, so there should be no more outdoor lines unless the indoor capacity overfills. As of this moment, there are 25 people waiting for or being served by the State Revenue Office.

Some days, the State Revenue Office does not get to everyone in line before they close. Individuals that waited in line when the State Revenue Office closes are given a pass so they can return another day without waiting in line again.
