More public property damaged by taggers and spray vandals. Thanks to the City of Oakland zero enforcement stance of these crimes the tax payer get keep paying over and over for these kind of repair services instead of fixing things like pot holes.
The parking meter has been vandalized with spray paint, coin slot jammed.
Most parking meters in vicinity have some kind of problem, a meter on the opposite side (Apgar/Telegraph) just switched off as it processed my payment.
