Alley does not drain properly and therefore holds water.

This is a duel issue.. There is no curbing left after the city redid the streets. Flood water now drains all the yard and the sidewalk and settles in the street because there is no drain. The only drain is on the other side of the street that is higher then this area with a raised intersection blocking it. The sidewalk has hex blocks that have cracked and are uneven because of the erosion. I saw a child trip on the uneven sidewalk and fall yesterday. The curbing is only 1 to 2 inches max height in the tallest areas. A large area is level with the street.
Because of the curbing, the sidewalk is is becoming more and more unsafe to walk on. This is now a flood hazard and safety hazard. This needs to be addressed asap.
