Problem with Requests Submitted 7/15/2020 Through 7/31/2020

Dear Valued Oak311 Customer:

The Oak311 Call Center was notified of a system problem that occured between July 15 - 31, 2020, which delayed the receipt of requests. Fortunately, the problem has been resolved. 

Please resubmit any requests made during this time at your first opportunity, if the issue persists. 

As always, if you have an infrastructure emergency to report, please contact Oak311 by calling 311 (if in Oakland) or (510) 615-5566 from a phone, between the hours of 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. 

Please note that infrastructure emergencies are handled on a 24/7 basis and must be called in. Emergencies should not be reported through the Oak311 app.
