The compost bin at the State College Borough Service Facility, located at 330 South Osmond Street, is OPEN! Compost is available to all Borough residents for free with a required pin.

  • Residents who are already assigned a pin will not need to register again.
  • For those in need of a pin, they can be requested Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please bring two forms of identification for proof of residence to 330 South Osmond Street. Pins will be activated no later than the close of business on Friday of each week.
