Garbage issues

Santek Notice:

In order to eliminate missed or delayed service, Santek has reconfigured all garbage and recycling routes throughout the City of Hoover using a digital mapping process. It has been several years since routes have been adjusted, and the expansion of some neighborhoods has created issues with timely service.

It is important to note that the current days of collection (either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday for garbage service and Wednesday for recycling) will NOT change. Hoover residents should see increased efficiency and better service as a result of this route change.
