Late set outs of Garbage and Recycle

REMINDER TO ALL HOOVER RESIDENTS:

On all garbage and recycle pick up days, YOUR GARBAGE AND RECYCLE CARTS NEED TO BE OUT BY 7AM.  Due to recent rerouting issues, pick up times have changed throughout the City of Hoover and Garbage and Recycle need to be on the curb by at least 7am if not the night before.  Late set outs can result in unfounded complaints.   Thanks for your cooperation with this issue.
