Changes to Public Works Operations - COVID-19 Response

It is the Department of Public Works' goal to protect the health, safety and welfare of employees and provide essential public works services to the Marlborough community. To that end, the Department is strongly encouraging residents to reduce face to face communication with our staff, for their safety and the safety of our residents. Any resident who has any questions or issues are strongly encouraged to reach out to the Public Works Department via phone at 508-624-6910. Residents are also able to engage with our staff through SeeClickFix. This web based system allows residents to report common issues, receive email responses and track resolution of the issue. During this time, the Department of Public Works will continue essential maintenance of the water distribution system, maintenance of critical infrastructure and respond to all emergencies as they arise.
