Reminder:   If you hire a contractor to do yard work, cut trees or perform any kind of construction job at your residence, Waste Services of Alabama (Santek) will not pick up debris produced as a result of their services.   Santek will only pick up yard debris or clippings that the home owner trims or cuts and places at the curb.   You must “schedule” bulky item pick up such as appliances, mattresses and furniture.   Call 205-739-7311 or 205-444-7543.
