October 4th Public Hearing

The Zelienople Borough August 9, 2021 Continued Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, October 4, 2021 at 6:30 PM, at the Strand Theater located at 119 N. Main Street, Zelienople, PA  16063.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed ordinance that will amend the Zoning Ordinance of Zelienople Borough, Ordinance No. 779 to establish a Village Residential District.  Proposed Ordinance #878-21 is available for viewing here: http://cms6.revize.com/.../878-21%20Village%20Residential... 

All persons attending the public hearing must adhere to the current Borough COVID-19 Policy for holding Public Meetings which requires individuals to WEAR A MASK at a borough meeting, no matter their vaccine status in an effort to keep everyone safe.  To give everyone the opportunity to speak within the time available to us, public comment will be limited to 3 minutes, per individual.  If you do wish to speak, you MUST SIGN IN to do so prior to the start of the public hearing.  If you have a specific question you would like to ask, it is advisable to submit it in writing so it can be clearly understood. All questions, whether submitted in writing or verbally, will be answered in writing quickly once they are reviewed for accuracy when the public hearing is completed.
