The same guy from this report: http://www.seeclickfix.com/issues/125068-car-parked-in-crosswalk is back parking illegally again and is covering up his license plate and VIN.

The guy from this issue: http://www.seeclickfix.com/issues/125068-car-parked-in-crosswalk is back to his old tricks. He is illegally parking in the crosswalk with his (Florida) license plate obscured and his VIN # covered up.
I couldn't get a picture of it but on the southwest corner (this is the southeast corner), there is another vehicle illegally parked in the cross walk with the same Highway Patrol sticker obscuring its license plate.

There are no No Parking signs as is typical for the crosswalks leading to and from the corner of E. Passyunk and S 8th St (in front of the auto parts store). Cars and trucks are constantly blocking the crosswalks (and even the sidewalk), not to mention the road when they are double parked.
Looking at Google street view, you can see multiple images from different angle, all with cars blocking the crosswalks and sidewalk.
1356 E Passyunk Ave Philadelphia, PA 19147, USAA black Chevy Avalanche belonging to someone at AutoShow Collision center is parked daily in the crosswalk at Reed and Passyunk. He treats it as his own private parking space. This is an incredibly dangerous intersection to begin with since it has three roads intersection at this point, but the truck creates a blind spot and makes it impossible to cross safely with little children or a stroller.

Blocking a fire hydrant, the cross walks and line of sight for cyclists, pedestrians and cars. Most of this is people popping in to Ippolito's but many times it is delivery (sized) trucks, making sight lines even worse. This is a constant safety threat.

There's a black Mercedes SUV that everyday is parked either in the crosswalk, or in between the crosswalk and the parking sign on the southeast corner. it has florida license plate E89 4??. It also has a PA 'Police Business' sign on the dashboard. I'm not sure what police business it has blocking the cross walk for the past month (and more).
Also, if you go into google street view, you can see it illegally parked in the crosswalk too! Who knows old that is. I'm including that in the photo too.
