1500 S Beulah Street Philadelphia, PA 19147, USAThere are so many potholes in this street which is a safety issue. We have small children and elderly on this block and this street has been this way for over 30 years. The city will not fix it, they will fix every street in the area except this block and it is really a huge issue. We pay our taxes as scheduled and we deserve a decent street. The street also puts so much wear and tear on our car tires. Please help and get this street fixed it is horrible and a safety issue· Reported by Anonymous · Flag Flagged
1300 Washington Ave Philadelphia, PA 19147, USADouble whammy from 13th through 11th...an auto repair shop, forget the name, and a discount furniture store both with double parked cars, signage and and employees blocking the bicycle lane. Traffic in the right lane moves quickly, so it can be harrowing getting around the obstacles.· Reported by Aaron Olk · Flag Flagged
900 Washington Ave Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Where is the PPA when you want them? Washington Avenue going westbound is always jammed during lunch hours from people who want to just double park in the right lane when getting produce. PPA needs to step up and do something about it. They allow this to happen all the time.
I think the police have better things to do.· Reported by Mary · Flag Flagged
1500 S 13th St Philadelphia, PA 19147, USAThe southwest corner of 13th and Dickinson always has cars illegally parked. Blocking a fire hydrant, the cross walks and line of sight for cyclists, pedestrians and cars. Most of this is people popping in to Ippolito's but many times it is delivery (sized) trucks, making sight lines even worse. This is a constant safety threat.

1221 S 8th St Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The house at 1221 S 8th St has a hose bib on its front wall that leaks. All the time. All over the sidewalk.
In the winter, the sidewalk freezes, creating an ice hazard on the sidewalk.
In the summer, the water festers and stinks.
All year round, this property just wastes water. All they need to do is turn a dang shutoff in the basement.
8th And Manton Philadelphia, PA
On the southeast corner of 8th and Manton, a condemned house was recently demolished. Woohoo!
But now, the dirt lot is being used for parking. Boo! This is not only creating a mess -- mud and dirt all over the street and sidewalk -- but also creating a hazard to pedestrians and an eyesore to neighbors.
I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure there is a permitting process that has to happen to turn a zoned residential property into a parking lot.
Further, I think there are some regulations about keeping empty lots fenced off.
So, this is a ZBA issue, an L&I issue, and a PPA issue.
I know I know, parking in South Philly, enforcement, blah blah blah. At least it's on record now.
South Street Between 12th And 13th Sts Philadelphia, PAConstant trash on this block. Trash cans full of trash that the trash collectors forget to remove that sit on this block all week. Also, trash that is thrown out next to the Big Belly Trash cans on both sides of this block. See photo· Reported by Anonymous · Flag Flagged
814 Wharton St Philadelphia, PA 19147, USA
There are two abandon cars on the 800 block of Wharton st. Both are Station wagons. The first has been disabled for two years, yet has magically received inspection stickers. It is a Green Chevy Dart parked on the North side of the street (815 Wharton).
The second is a blue station wagon with wood paneling. It has been parked for there for 7 months. It broke down and the owner promised to have it towed, but never returned. The vehicles are large and take up two parking spots as well as attract garbage and rodents.
1200 Ellsworth Block Philadelphia, PAOpen air drug market continues to flourish from Peters street along 12th all the way down to corner of Ellsworth. Full fledged hand offs and payments right on corner by bus stop. Called police, but until they actually stakeout Peters or hide and then take down the dealers, it will continue. Lots of kids on the block and respectable households. End it!
700 Earp St Philadelphia, PAA trailer has been parked on this block for sometime. It is now being powered by an extension cord being run from a house across the street, and it appears someone is living there.· Reported by Tina Bourdain · Flag Flagged
