The water fountain in the Upshur Street dog park is running and can’t be shut off. Causing flooding and drainage issues.

The residents regularly leave garbage, broken furniture, mattresses, and other refuse in the alley that has led to a huge increase in the rat population and mosquitos. The presence of dog feces and the draining of their laundry water also has led to this being a health hazard for residents backing up to this alley.

Bio planter main drain is broken (driven over?) and bioplanter may clog and spill onto during the street next big rain. Please fix drain.

Tree removal work by EX-CEL Tree Experts for DDOT work - broke the concrete lid to the storm drain on 5/18. Lid was original unreinforced concrete from 1918-19 and was not broken before work began. Have photo of their truck on site.
