I called National Grid this morning, the only way to report streetlight issues is by phone and the hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. I spoke with a cs rep who was very helpful. (once I got through voicemail hell). She told me that the City of Quincy is responsible for the light pole in question. They said that there is one street light pole on Linden that they service (I think it may be the one that is motion activated). She did see an open order for a street light pole but there was no number. So apparently at this point, neither the City of Quincy nor National Grid were intending to correct the problem. Each was pointing to the other and brushing their hands of the problem that continues because it is a very dark area and desperately needs a working street light. Karen gave me a work order number 2567282 and that it could take up to 10 days for a crew to get to the site. Please do whatever you can to get this street light working again before someone is injured.
