North and South bound traffic on Patterson fail to stop at Center Street intersection very frequently and travel at a high speed for a neighborhood. Stop signs are clearly visible. Requesting speed hump (yellow marks on photo) and street markings/crosswalk at Patterson and Center to indicate stop ahead.

Along edge of 803 Snover St Property, the roadways (at intersection of Snover St. and Rose St. - northbound on Snover St. approx 65ft and westbound on Rose St. approx 100ft) are sinking and creating very large cracks in the asphalt. The cracks are of different elevations creating a hazard to twist an ankle or fall off a bike. The asphalt is also chipping around the culvert that goes under Rose St at the intersection. Maintenance should be performed on the roadway to fix the condition. The picture is from Rose St, but is also an issue on Snover St.
