Sidewalk has sunk, on street side in particular, leaving about 2” trip hazard

The homeowner (Carol Cuff) reached out to the HOA in reference to her sidewalk at 139 Savannah lane in Richmond Hill. She purchased the home several months ago her message was "I noticed that whenever it rains, the entrance to right gated area of my backyard is flooded as well as the front sidewalk or pavement which as result makes the pavement muddy and very dirty. This also makes the garage entrance very dirty. An assessment was made today 4/12/22 by John Blitch Plumbing Company. The report from my understanding is that the pipe system that suppose to lead the water flow to the street stops where the sidewalk begins which is causing the flooding. He also states that this could create further problems. Could you please send someone to assess this issue and please let me know what I have to do at my end. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you."
If we could have someone check on this because we have noticed the sidewalk sinks in and does create a puddle and mess. We have not noticed this issue in other areas of the neighborhood. We appreciate your time in helping us. (Sarah Gaumond White Oak Village HOA)

Look like sink hole might be forming due to water run off and causing a cavity under sidewalk and water sewer making it unsafe to walk.

There are several plastic riding toys and other play yard toys that have been placed on the sidewalk side of Ivey Street near Ford Ave. They have been there for at least a week. An infant/toddler mattress has been in the same location for over two weeks.
