The issue you reported has been investigated by Pinellas County Public Works Department “Doing Things for YOU!” A Sr. Field Coordinator called the company listed on the label. The company stated that those are for soil samples and are not hazardous. In addition, the company told the coordinator that those containers should be removed in about a month.
